Enabling a registrant to change their appointment time directly is convenient for them and saves time for service providers. With Caredove's Registrant Self Service functionality registrants (and/or their caregivers) will receive emailed information regarding their appointment, and even reschedule or cancel their appointments.
A referrer may collect the registrant's email or print them a handout. In both cases, the registrant is provided further information regarding your organization. This information can all be customized to your needs. Learn how.
Depending on the Organization’s email settings, the registrant can perform certain actions directly from the email, such as rescheduling or cancelling the appointment.
If the registrant chooses to cancel, we ask the registrant to provide a reason as to why they cancelled. This message is shared with the provider AND the referral outcome is automatically updated!
